- 50% MAXIMA 1 Strong Creeping Red Fescue
- 30% HIGHNOTE Chewings Fescue
- 20% RIDU/SWORD Hard Fescue

- This blend of slower-growing grass can be close mown or left to grow longer without looking unattractive.
